How do I reset the hosting control panel password?

If you're not able to login to the hosting control panel using your username/password your other option is to login directly using the Manage Hosting Packages option in your Green House Web Hosting control panel.
Once logged in you will be able to reset the FTP password for the package which will also reset the hosting control panel password:
